Landmark 1409

Landmark 1409 is a new luxury development in Condado, Puerto Rico, slated to become the tallest residential tower in the city. Although architecturally modern, the developers wanted to portray a classical elegance that would position the exclusive building as “The Height of Luxury” in Puerto Rico. Further adding richness to the identity, we also referenced an eclectic black-tie aesthetic that brings a festive element to the design that is indicative of the lifestyle that residents will enjoy.
